Please find below our Terms and Conditions, which we encourage you to read before you Make a Booking online.

Tariffs
Seasonal rates may apply. (High, Shoulder or Low season). Please note that prices and conditions may be subject to change.

Deposit
A deposit will be necessary, secured by a Credit Card. In some cases a cheque may be accepted, subject to other arrangements.

Your reservation will be guaranteed only with:

1. Our receipt of your credit card number and expiry date (which must cover the time of your reservation).
   
   
2. If the expiry date of your Credit Card does not cover the time of your reservation, (e.g. say 6-12 months in the future) then updated information must be forwarded to us to ensure the security of your reservation.
   
   
3. Online bookings made via other Websites do NOT guarantee reservations. Your booking will still need to be confirmed by email or fax by Bayview Motel.

You will always be notified by email, fax or post of confirmation of your reservation.
If you do not receive confirmation as described above, please contact us immediately at info@bayviewwanaka.co.nz.

Check-In
Is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10.00am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement.

Pets
We regret to advise that Bayview Motel has a strict NO PET policy.

Accommodation with Open Fire
The open fire(s) in any accommodation at Bayview Motel is only available for use during the winter months of June till October.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation periods vary, depending on the time of year the reservation is made. (ie: High, Shoulder or Low season).
  
  
• You will be advised at the time of making your booking all details relevant to your reservation.
  
  
• When a booking is cancelled contrary to our cancellation policy or there is a no show, we reserve the right to charge for the full amount of your stay, unless we are able to sell your room (less a $25 cancellation fee per night per room).
  
  
• We endeavour to give a full and fair description of all apartments and/or facilities being booked. Details of the Motel and its facilities can be found on www.bayviewwanaka.co.nz and our descriptions forwarded by email. If you make a reservation it is on the basis that you accept the accommodation as described.

Smoking
Bayview Motel is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income, and also the cost of alternative accommodation should that be necessary.

Visitors
Visitors are permitted only with managements’ permission and must park where directed so as not to inconvenience any other guests’ access or egress. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to property of Bayview Motel and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel will be charged to the registered guest.

All visitors must leave by 10.00 pm. This is to ensure every guest’s security, safety, peace of mind and access to all the facilities without interference.

Overdue Accounts
All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue or recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.

By submitting your Credit Card for a deposit you are accepting all our terms and conditions.
