Room rates:
Tariffs will be appropriate to High/Low season or peak period.

We reserve the right to adjust tariffs for reservations made 12 months or more into the future where we have not yet published or advertised tariffs for that particular period.
Because we cannot guarantee services as advertised over 12 months into the future we reserve the right to offer services appropriate to that time frame and also providing this type of accommodation is still available at the time.

Every endeavour has been made to describe the accommodation fairly and honestly.  By making a reservation with us, you are accepting our description of the accommodation offered and under no circumstances will a refund be issued on the basis of a claim that we have not issued an accurate description.
Our properties are inspected each year by Qualmark and have achieved the standards advertised required by Qualmark.

All rates have been shown in NZ$ and include GST.
Children rates do not apply unless specified (seasonal deals) and are considered "people" due to providing linen etc.

Seasonal specials, group deals, long stays and corporate rates are available on request.

We will require a valid credit card- Visa, Mastercard or Diners card to secure your booking and one night deposit will be required at the time of making your booking.  High season/special events may contain specific policies/terms.
No credit card No booking- A bank deposit or cheque may be arranged and reservation will not be confirmed until the money has been received by us- A bond may also be required.

Credit Card
A valid credit card in the name of the guest must be presented on check-in.  Any damage caused during the stay may be charged against that card.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Different policies apply for different seasons.  You will be advised of your cancellation policy upon receiving confirmation of your booking with us.
The policy will vary depending on the time of year, 24 hours to 30 days (or a specified date) and will apply to the complete length of the reservation. Our policies have been kept to an absolute minimal where possible in order to cause as little inconvenience as possible.

A "no show" will be charged for the total owing.

Accounts:
Over-due accounts for service are payable on departure.  We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.  Invoicing can be arranged with management however proof of employment must be available with a letter stating that this is acceptable by the company.

Refunds:
Our staff are not entitled to give refunds.  If a request for a refund is required please contact in writing to:

Please include all relevant documentation and explanation for your application of reimbursement.  If your application is in variance with our cancellation policy that was supplied at the time of making your reservation regretfully a refund will not be possible.

Booking online:
Booking our accommodation options are available to do online, if availability is not showing please contact us direct.  This may be due to a well known event.

Office hours:
Our reception is open every day of the year from 7.30am-9pm daily.  Some public holidays may incur a later opening or earlier closing time, you will be advised if this is the case upon arrival. 
New Zealand is affected by daylight savings, you will be advised if this changeover affects timing during your stay with us.

Check in & Check out:
Check in: 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check out: 10am on the day of departure
Early check-in or late check-out is by arrangement only, where possible.

No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in any buildings on the premises.  If you do smoke you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.  Please smoke away from open doors and windows.

Damages:
Any damage made to items or accommodation during the length of your stay will incude an appropriate charge for replacement/repair or loss of income.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the Park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Guests:
Visitors are permitted at managements discretion.  Visitors must register at reception when they arrive and park where directed.  No visitors are allowed in room after 9pm as reception closes at this time.  Noise must be kept at an appropriate level in order not to inconvenience other guests.  Any deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any cost associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income will be charged to the registered guest together with any costs involved to recovering these costs.  We also have the right to remove any guests that are causing problems.

Pet Policy:
Our complex is a pet free zone, No pets are allowed on our premises, please advise reception if you are considering bring your pet with you.  If you turn up with any animal you may be asked to leave the premises and any accommodation will be non-refundable.
With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets are not permitted.

Other:
We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:
• is not the person named on the reservation
• is not the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
• is not able to pay for any additional charges
• may cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
• may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
• is younger than 21 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
• is concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal
